This role will be based in Hinjewadi,Pune,Maharashtra and reports to the SOC Shift Supervisor. Maintain operational logs,conduct daily shift checklists,handover reports,and incident reports Initiate mass communication notifications as required Be able to type a minimum of 35 words per min Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite
