Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - M&A and Market Research

Role Overview: As a Senior Analyst at CF/S&C, you will be part of a Corp Dev team specializing in V&A market research assessments across various industries. You will collaborate with the Manager of Market Due Diligence and work within a dynamic global team. Your primary responsibilities will include automating reporting initiatives, implementing visualization dashboards, supporting database implementation & migration processes, and contributing to process improvement and innovation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Automate reporting initiatives required by global senior leadership - Implement visualization dashboards and effectively communicate generated insights - Support database implementation & migration processes, handle enhancements, questions & ad-hoc requirements - Aid in process improvement and innovation initiatives by improving ETL processes, designing analytic metrics, implementing complex visualizations, and automating processes - Train & enable other teams to utilize internally developed tools & methodologies - Assist in building M&A acquisition landscapes by collaborating with local and global senior leadership, analyzing target companies, and researching priority market sectors - Prepare strategic decks & presentations to support local & global leadership in the internal M&A decision-making process Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1-2 years of experience with PowerApps & Power Automate - Experience in Secondary Research, Strategy, M&A research, competitive intelligence, financial analysis, or similar consulting/corporate background - Knowledge of database management or programming languages such as SQL - Working experience with PowerBI - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Certification in Agentic AI - Team player committed to delivering high-quality work in a timely manner Additional Information: The ideal candidate should have a solid educational background in market research or a related field, coupled with a track record of delivering impactful results in the M&A domain. The position is based at either the Gurugram or Bengaluru office.
