Full Stack Engineer Project Role : Full Stack Engineer Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. We are seeking a Senior Manager Engineering with strong expertise in building cloud-native, microservices-based platforms and driving enterprise AI adoption using LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and strategic direction while managing multiple teams delivering scalable applications on AWS. Roles & Responsibilities Lead architecture and delivery of Java 17 microservices platforms using Spring Boot and reactive frameworks. Drive cloud modernization programs, transforming legacy systems into cloud-native microservices architectures. Define enterprise strategy for AI-enabled applications leveraging LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks. Oversee development of event-driven architectures using Kafka and AWS messaging services. Ensure best practices in scalability, reliability, performance, and security. Guide engineering teams deploying applications on AWS container and compute platforms. Collaborate with enterprise architects and stakeholders to align technology strategy with business goals. Mentor engineering managers and senior developers. Establish DevOps practices and ensure CI/CD and cloud automation maturity. Professional & Technical Skills Programming & Frameworks Strong expertise in Java 17 and Spring Boot. Experience building reactive microservices architectures. Strong background in enterprise API design and distributed systems. Architecture Expertise in microservices and event-driven architectures. Proven experience leading large-scale cloud modernization initiatives. Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and platform engineering. AI, Agentic AI & LLM Integration Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLM architectures, and enterprise AI adoption. Experience defining solutions using Amazon Bedrock or similar AI platforms. Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks, RAG architectures, and AI-driven automation.
