Must have skills : Java Full Stack Development Valuable to have skills : Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, AWS Architecture Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: In the role of Industry Subject Matter Advisor, a typical day involves engaging closely with client project teams to offer specialized knowledge across various domains including functional, technical, and industry-specific areas. This position requires active collaboration to guide the design and delivery of effective solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. The role demands continuous interaction with diverse stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and to address challenges proactively, contributing to the overall success of the engagements. Roles & Responsibilities Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance project outcomes and team efficiency. Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture. Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools. Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions. Experience in integrating diverse systems and services within complex settings. Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. A 15 years full time education is required. .
