The role includes designing solutions that meet client requirements, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and maintaining existing systems by implementing enhancements or resolving issues. Collaboration with different teams to align development efforts and continuous improvement of application features are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that software solutions remain robust and effective across multiple client environments. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering. - Experience with data pipeline development and management. - Strong knowledge of database systems and data warehousing concepts. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and distributed computing frameworks. - Ability to optimize data processing workflows for performance and scalability. - Competence in scripting and automation to support data integration tasks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering. - This position is based at our INDC1A - NON-STPI location. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
