Your typical day will involve working closely with various teams to ensure that the solutions developed are not only deliverable but also align with the client's business objectives. You will leverage your expertise to guide discussions, facilitate decision-making, and ensure that the solutions provided meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the client value proposition and ensuring that the solutions are tailored to meet specific needs. Additional Information - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in solution architecture. Professional Technical Skills: - Around 12-15 years of experience as Techno -Functional consultant with minimum 3-4 E2E implementation in B2B service (Engagement) cloud Expertise in below B2B Service capabilities - Service Request, Account, Contact Management - Omni Channel Routing - Configure Notifications and Chat functionality - Analytics and Knowledge Management - Security Setup - Integrations and Extensions - App composer - Page Composer - Groovy - SLA Configurator - Digital Customer Service - Reports - SOAP/REST APIs Additional Information - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Engagement Cloud - Service. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
