The day is often filled with discussions, planning sessions, and coordination efforts to ensure that proposed solutions are both feasible and competitive in the marketplace, fostering strong partnerships and driving project success. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead the alignment of technical strategies with business goals to ensure cohesive solution delivery. Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain clarity and consensus throughout project phases. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable technology solutions that address complex business challenges. Ability to analyze and integrate diverse technology platforms to create cohesive architectures. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive solution frameworks. Skilled in evaluating emerging technologies and recommending their adoption to improve solution effectiveness. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions. The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required. Solution Architect responsible for designing end-to-end solutions, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, creating resource and cost models, driving solution approvals, collaborating with delivery teams, and ensuring adherence to architecture standards and best practices. Key skills include stakeholder management, solution design, delivery architecture, problem-solving, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration. Design end-to-end technology solutions aligned with business requirements. Lead solution architecture, estimation, and resource planning activities. Define the solution approach, assumptions, risks, and dependencies. Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and business stakeholders. Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards and best practices. Support deal shaping, solution reviews, and governance activities. Mentor teams and provide architectural guidance across programs. Experience in cloud, application modernization, integrations, APIs, and enterprise platforms is preferred.
