This role requires close collaboration with sales and delivery teams to craft strategies that not only meet client expectations but also enhance the overall value proposition. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions are practical, innovative, and positioned for successful implementation, fostering strong partnerships and driving project success. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient solutions that meet client requirements. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. Strong expertise in designing and implementing content management solutions using Adobe Experience Manager. Experience in integrating Adobe Experience Manager with other enterprise systems and platforms. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical architecture and design. Familiarity with web technologies, digital marketing concepts, and user experience best practices. Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing Adobe Experience Manager environments for performance and scalability. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites. This position is based at our Chennai office. A 15 years full time education is required.
