Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of software engineers to develop and enhance platform modules. Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices. Conduct and oversee code reviews, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues, ensuring error-free and scalable solutions. Optimize application performance and guide the team on scalability best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of features. Mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and excellence. Document code, technical specifications, and project requirements. .
