Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives. Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. Experience with HR technology implementations and integrations. Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding. This position is based at our Gurugram office.
