Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote best practices within the team. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration. Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques. Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting in SAP HANA environments. Familiarity with data modeling and data warehousing concepts. Ability to implement security measures and manage user access in SAP HANA. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
