Professional Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and recruitment lifecycle management. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into effective technical solutions within the SAP SuccessFactors framework. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and sustainable solutions. - Effective communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout project phases. - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
