Professional Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll. - Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP HCM Payroll. - Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance regulations. - Experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with other HR systems. - Ability to analyze and optimize payroll processes for efficiency. - Familiarity with reporting tools and data analytics related to payroll.
