This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with strategic objectives and operational requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the technology lifecycle. Roles Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance architectural frameworks. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and project success. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: - Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Experience in managing system landscapes, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments. - Strong understanding of system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and security management within SAP Basis. - Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to implement architectural changes effectively. - Skilled in capacity planning and ensuring high availability and disaster recovery strategies for SAP systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
