The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with strategic objectives and operational requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the technology lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance architectural frameworks. Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to promote professional growth and technical excellence. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. Strong expertise in system performance tuning and capacity planning within SAP environments. Experience in managing SAP landscapes including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions. Familiarity with database management and backup strategies related to SAP systems. Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless technology integration and support. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. This position is based at client onsite locations within India.
