Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the IT function aligns with organizational goals. You will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and providing insights that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members.- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Talent Management.- Strong understanding of system development lifecycle methodologies.- Experience in stakeholder engagement and management.- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
