Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects that align with organizational goals and ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EPM Data Integration. Strong understanding of data integration processes and methodologies. Experience with data migration and transformation techniques. Ability to analyze and optimize data workflows. Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and architectures. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle EPM Data Integration.
