Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward, ensuring that best practices are followed, and that the team is aligned with organizational goals. Your role will require a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members to enhance overall performance. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives, making adjustments as necessary. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Inventory Management. Strong analytical skills to assess and improve inventory processes. Experience with inventory control systems and methodologies. Ability to develop and implement effective inventory management strategies. Familiarity with data analysis tools to support decision-making. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Inventory Management.
