Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward and ensuring successful outcomes through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align project goals. Develop and present comprehensive reports and recommendations to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC). Strong understanding of financial reporting and consolidation processes. Experience with data integration and transformation tools. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data effectively. Familiarity with regulatory compliance and financial standards. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).
