Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward, ensuring that best practices are followed, and that the team is aligned with organizational goals. Your role will require a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME. Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. Analyze project requirements and develop strategies to meet objectives efficiently. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. Strong understanding of compensation management processes and best practices. Experience with system integration and data migration related to HCM solutions. Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making. Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
