This role requires active engagement with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective technology-driven business solutions. The professional collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that emerging ideas are effectively implemented, thereby enhancing the reputation of the organization in the marketplace. The position demands a balance of strategic thinking, technical insight, and clear communication to foster trusted advisor relationships and drive impactful business transformations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of best practices to improve delivery outcomes. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to build capabilities. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals with client expectations. - Support junior professionals by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. - Strong understanding of performance management processes and goal-setting frameworks within enterprise environments. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions. - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. - Capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a dynamic setting. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
