Technology Support Engineer

Project Role : Technology Support Engineer Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution. Must have skills : Cloud Resilience Quality Engineering Good to have skills : Cloud Data Architecture, DevOps Architecture Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :The candidate will be part of the Resilience Operations team responsible for developing, overseeing and implementing strategies to enhance the organization''s resilience and recoverability posture, ensuring the effectiveness of disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity management (BCM) plans, and conducting audits and compliance assessments to meet organizational and regulatory standards. Roles & Responsibilities: Build and maintain resilience plans, business and process continuity plans, contingency plans, and related documentation.Conduct regular tests and simulations of DR and BCM plans, documenting results and areas for improvement.Participate in regular audits and assessments of DR and BCM processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Bachelor s degree in computer science or a related discipline.5-7 years of experience working on audit and compliance of private and public cloud platforms.Deep expertise in automation. Experience with scripting (Python, Shell), Ansible, Terraform, or Chef.Practical Knowledge in resiliency, including the design and implementation of high-availability systems, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery (DR) strategiesStrong knowledge of audit and compliance of IT services and processes Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Resilience Quality Engineering.Good To Have Skills:Experience with Cloud Data Architecture, DevOps Architecture.Strong knowledge of Business Continuity terminology and reporting frameworksProficient in working with Governance reporting techniquesExperience in developing & maintaining business and process continuity plans.High-level understanding of resilience and reliability of private and public cloud products and services.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Learn and adapt to the fast-changing technological landscape.Excellent oral and written communication skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Cloud Resilience Quality Engineering. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification 15 years full time education
