The role includes overseeing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation to ensure improved control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with various stages of testing to deliver reliable and efficient outcomes that support the overall project objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows. Maintain and enhance existing automated test scripts to ensure robustness and scalability. Assist junior team members in understanding automation frameworks and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools. Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes. Understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance methodologies. The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
