The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving testing strategies to ensure that the solutions delivered meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of testing objectives with overall project goals. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Management. Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools to support efficient test execution. Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end automated testing solutions. Ability to analyze and improve quality processes to enhance testing accuracy and integrity. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to integrate automated tests. Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation and quality assurance. The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Test Management.
