The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity throughout the testing phases. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving methodologies to ensure that testing outcomes meet the highest standards and contribute effectively to the overall product quality. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows. Maintain and enhance existing automated test suites to ensure robustness and reliability. Assist in mentoring junior team members to build their automation capabilities. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools. Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts for various software applications. Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively. Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices. The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
