User Experience Designer

You will play a crucial role as a User Experience Designer by analyzing the needs of the target users and their task performance to create an optimized user experience. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user research, and applying design principles to enhance usability. Through iterative design processes, you will ensure that user feedback is incorporated into design solutions, ultimately leading to a more intuitive and effective user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Independently perform and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute in team discussions. - Provide solutions to work-related problems. - Facilitate user testing sessions to gather feedback and insights. - Develop wireframes and prototypes for visualizing design concepts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Digital Content Delivery. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies. - Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma. - Ability to create user personas and journey maps. You should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Content Delivery and hold a 15 years full-time education. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
