Accion Labs - Senior AI Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:- Work as an AI engineer within the engineering team and own the AI components of the product- Design and implement experiments to strategically improve AI technology- Be involved in handling customer support requests to identify issues and future improvements for the AI components of the product- Mentor and guide the developers in your team on AI techniques.- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in AI research and technology.Must Have Skills:- Hands-on experience in AI development.- Proven track record as an AI Engineer, with portfolio examples of successful machine learning or AI projects running in production- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python.- Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques essential for AI / ML projects.- Strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, and neural networks.- Hands-on experience with Context Engineering, Fine-Tuning (e.g. LoRA), Retrieval-Augmented-Generation (RAG), Multi-Agent Patterns or other GenAI techniques.- Experience with AI / ML frameworks and tools like LangChain, Spring AI, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, Crew.AI, LangFuse, AWS Bedrock / SageMaker.- Experience with version control systems like Git, enabling effective collaboration and code management.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.- A passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in AI research and technology.
