About the role
As a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer with expertise in Cypress, your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for modern web applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced agile environment. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop automation frameworks using Cypress - Write robust, scalable, and maintainable test scripts - Perform end-to-end (E2E) testing for web applications - Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies - Identify, report, and track defects - Continuously improve test coverage and execution efficiency Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience in Cypress (4+ years mandatory) - Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript - Experience in API testing - Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.) - Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies - Experience with test reporting tools Good to Have: - Experience with Playwright / Selenium - Knowledge of performance testing - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) As a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer with expertise in Cypress, your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for modern web applications.
