[12] Senior Microservices Developer Edge Computing Experience : 6+ Years Open Positions: 2 Location: Pune Office Notice Period: Immediate joiners or candidates with 1520 days notice preferred Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary : Acclivis Technologies is seeking experienced and passionate Senior Microservices Developers with a strong background in edge computing and Linux-based environments. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in migrating monolithic Ethernet middleware to a modern microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, modularity, and performance across compute units. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain modular, scalable microservices for Ethernet stack applications. Migrate monolithic BareMetal middleware to a microservices-based architecture. Ensure microservices are distributable across single or multiple compute units (CUs). Implement SOME/IP-based communication between services, with future expansion to DDS. Develop services that are self-contained, testable, and production-ready. Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure application reliability and performance. Demonstrate baseline functionality using Raspberry Pi as a simulated compute unit. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure low-latency and high-performance edge deployments. Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize performance in Linux environments. Technical Skill Requirements: Strong programming experience in C++. Hands-on experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker). Familiarity with microservice frameworks like Spring Boot or Kubernetes. Proficiency in Linux systems: setup, configuration, and debugging. In-depth understanding of SOME/IP and/or DDS communication protocols. Good grasp of edge computing concepts and distributed system design. Awareness of security best practices in microservices and edge environments. Preferred Qualifications : Experience working with Raspberry Pi or similar edge compute devices. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
