UI/UX Designer

As a Research Analyst in this role, you will work collaboratively with both internal and external customers to identify product pain points and gather feedback on potential solutions. Your responsibilities will include planning, gathering, and analyzing insights about users through new studies and review of existing data. You will compile finished, well-documented research findings to deliver meaningful and actionable insights for internal consumption. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and execute usability sessions, with support from other team members. - Conceptually iterate on product features, creating wireframes and prototypes that translate customer requirements into cohesive experiences for defined personas. - Collaborate with product managers and product owners to define acceptance criteria for development teams. - Support an agile process by working closely with development teams to solve implementation challenges that arise during sprints. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively. - Experience in conducting usability sessions and analyzing user feedback. - Proficiency in creating wireframes and prototypes. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
