The role ensures that all IT systems are functioning efficiently and securely, providing technical support and implementing system improvements as needed. Experience 4+ years Location : Nagpur Job Description: Job Requirements Administer servers and workstations - Configure, deploy, and maintain servers and workstations including user accounts, OS upgrades, patches, backups Administer a LAN/WAN - Maintain a multiple subnet Ethernet network including secure remote access by devices, remote branch sites, and supporting access to customer sites. Develop and recommend security standards, network hardware, and software, and select network management software. Manage network Firewall, Antispam, Antivirus, and Web filtering devices Manage remote access and remote desktop software. Interact with all personnel, answer questions, and fix PC software/hardware problems. Asset tag and track all the IT assets and inventory Ensure all incidents are tracked in the ticketing system Perform network, server, and storage performance reporting to support capacity planning. Perform ongoing performance tuning and hardware upgrades. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in system administration or a similar role. Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+) are preferred.
