Job Description Role :SAP WalkMe Consultant Desired Experience Range :2-6 Years Location of RequirementPreferred - Hyderabad Required Technical Skill Set We are seeking for SAP WalkMe Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing WalkMe digital adoption solutions across our SAP ecosystem to enhance user engagement, improve onboarding, and reduce support costs. Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have · Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to identify user challenges and design WalkMe solutions to address them. · Create, test, and deploy WalkMe content (Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, Tooltips, ShoutOuts, Surveys, etc.) tailored to SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP SuccessFactors). · Analyze usage data to continuously optimize WalkMe flows and improve user experience. · Maintain WalkMe governance, including version control, content lifecycle, and best practices. · Provide training and documentation to end-users and stakeholders. · Troubleshoot issues with WalkMe scripts and SAP page targeting. · Stay current with SAP and WalkMe updates to ensure ongoing compatibility and effectiveness. · Must be strong in SAP WalkMe modules to maintain , troubleshoot, and · strong analytical skills must include the ability to quickly identify problems, gather relevant information, determine the root causes, and make recommendations regarding solutions · Excellent communication skills in technical/business language, strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills Good-to-Have · Resource should have an Professional graduation in Engineering or equivalent qualification. · Additional Associated degree preferred. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. · Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices.
