About the job Key Responsibilities: The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, answering their queries and resolving their issues. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and provide solutions, and will work closely with the development / Support team to ensure smooth product delivery, Installation and Commissioning and After Sales Support. Basic Education- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field Freshers / any experience in customer support, technical support, IT support or similar role Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a technical environment / EMS, SMT Indusrty Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams Ability to work well in a team as well as independently with minimal supervision Customer-oriented mindset and passion for delivering high-quality service Salary Probation: Duration: Salary during probation: After probation: Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 2,75,000 /year Annual CTC breakup: 1.
