Project Architect

Role Overview: As a Manager - Architect at Yamuna Expressway Projects (YXP) in Greater Noida, you will primarily be responsible for architectural planning, site execution coordination, consultant coordination, drawing management, and ensuring the smooth implementation of architectural designs at project sites. This role will involve a combination of desk work and regular site visits. Key Responsibilities: - Develop architectural design and planning proposals as per project requirements and regulatory standards - Work on drawings, BIM modeling, and visualization using AutoCAD, Revit, and related software - Apply interior design concepts to enhance functionality and aesthetics - Ensure smooth site execution as per approved drawings and timelines - Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and cross-functional teams - Manage project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and drawing documentation - Monitor construction activities to ensure execution as per approved designs - Resolve design-related issues during construction - Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks - Ensure compliance with local building by-laws, safety standards, and regulations - Coordinate for approvals and necessary permits from authorities Qualifications Required: - B.Arch / M.Arch / Masters Degree in Urban Development & Planning - Experience in residential group housing or commercial mall projects - Solid exposure to site execution in real estate projects - Positive understanding of architectural design and planning - Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM Modeling - Solid drawing coordination and documentation skills - Excellent communication and project management abilities - Knowledge of local building codes and regulations Role Overview: As a Manager - Architect at Yamuna Expressway Projects (YXP) in Greater Noida, you will primarily be responsible for architectural planning, site execution coordination, consultant coordination, drawing management, and ensuring the smooth implementation of architectural designs at project sites.
