Manager Architect

As a Manager - Architect at our company located in Noida - Sector -152, you will play a crucial role in the design, planning, and coordination of various architectural projects in the real estate industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Design & Planning: Develop comprehensive design and planning proposals using tools like Autocad, Revit, and Bim Modeling. Apply interior design principles to enhance both the aesthetic appeal and functionality of architectural spaces. - Project Coordination: Efficiently execute site work while ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines. Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and stakeholders for seamless project execution. Manage projects from inception to completion, overseeing planning, budgeting, and scheduling. - Oversight of Construction: Track the construction process to ensure design implementation. Address design-related issues during construction and conduct site visits to maintain quality control. - Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs comply with safety requirements, building ordinances, and other regulations. Obtain necessary approvals and permits from regulatory authorities. The ideal candidate for this role will have: - Experience in residential group housing or commercial MALL projects. - Proven expertise in site execution within the real estate industry. - Proficiency in architectural design, planning, and interior design concepts. - Strong project management skills, including multitasking and prioritization. - Ability to coordinate drawings and documentation effectively. - Advanced skills in 3D visualization software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch) or a Master's Degree in Urban Development & Planning.
