Product Engineer

As a Product Engineer at Acelion Energy Storage Solution Pvt Ltd, your primary role will involve the design and integration of Solar + Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) solutions. You will be responsible for battery sizing, BMS configuration, and EMS/SCADA integration, along with AC/DC coupled system engineering and commissioning. Your duties will also include performance monitoring and optimization, vendor coordination, technical documentation, and ensuring compliance. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide customer technical support and oversee site execution. Qualifications required for this position include a B.E./B.Tech degree in Electrical/Electronics/Power Systems, along with 3-5 years of experience in Solar PV + BESS projects. You should possess hands-on expertise in Lithium-Ion battery systems (LFP/NMC) and have experience with hybrid inverters, SCADA/EMS platforms, and commissioning. Familiarity with PVsyst, HOMER Pro, AutoCAD, and ETAP/DIgSILENT is preferred, in addition to knowledge of IEC/CEA/MNRE standards and grid compliance. In addition to technical skills, preferred skills for this role include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, the capacity to manage multiple projects efficiently, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a genuine passion for clean energy and energy storage technologies.
