About the role
Knowledge of AEC software including ArchiCAD, Vectorworks, Autodesk, IDEA StatiCa, Bluebeam, Solibri, RISA, ADAPT, Karamba3D, STAAD.Pro, ETABS, Tekla Structures, or similar solutions will be an added advantage. Provide technical support, software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Conduct software demonstrations, webinar, user training, and technical presentations. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions. Collaborate with the Sales team during customer meetings and technical discussions. Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and training materials. Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Strong understanding of Civil, Structural, or IT engineering concepts. Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. Good knowledge of engineering software and its practical applications. Ability to work independently and as part
