About the role
As a member of Group Company ACGE, your role involves supporting the Vertical Head in planning and executing strategies to achieve departmental objectives. Your responsibilities will include micro and macro planning of the manufacturing process, cascading and maintaining quality standards and policies, and planning production to achieve On-Time Delivery In Full (OTDIF). Additionally, you will be responsible for resource planning to ensure optimum utilization of manpower and liaising with internal customers for effective communication. Your role will also involve the implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address manufacturing, quality, and process challenges. Key Responsibilities: - Implementing and sustaining Good Manufacturing Processes such as 6's and Kaizen - Ensuring adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) in the plant - Analyzing customer complaints and implementing CAPA - Liaising with various departments including Production, Engineering, Purchase, Process Technology, Stores, and Planning Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Production Planning & Control - Knowledge of SAP system - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams - Experience in building and leading effective teams - Familiarity with methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, and Poka-Yoke - Strong skills in manpower planning In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing processes by implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and Total Quality Management (TQM) principles. Your contributions will be vital in driving continuous improvement and achieving departmental goals effectively.
