Evacuation Manager

Position: Evacuation Manager Location: Mumbai Experience Required: 15+ years Brief about the job: We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Evacuation Manager with sound electrical knowledge to lead and manage power evacuation activities for renewable energy projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of electrical evacuation systems including substations, transmission lines, grid connectivity, and liaison with utilities and regulatory authorities. Roles and Responsibilities Manage power evacuation activities for wind/solar projects. Coordinate execution of substations, transmission lines, and grid connectivity works. Liaise with SEB, DISCOM, STU/CTU, and other statutory authorities for approvals and synchronization. Monitor electrical project execution, testing, commissioning, and energization activities. Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety norms, and project specifications. Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams. Resolve technical issues related to electrical systems and evacuation infrastructure. Track project progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion of evacuation systems. Desired Candidates profile: Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech). 15+ years of experience in power evacuation, transmission, substations, or renewable energy projects. Strong liaisoning and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Good communication and leadership capabilities.
