Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are looking for an experienced IT professional to lead and manage IT infrastructure setup and ERP development initiatives for a growing business operation. The candidate will be responsible for building and managing the IT ecosystem, ensuring smooth ERP functionality, supporting business operations, and handling additional IT-related ad hoc responsibilities as required. Base Location: Ahmedabad (Travel required) Key Responsibilities Lead ERP system development, customization, and integration to meet evolving business needs. Design, implement, and oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and security protocols. Establish and manage the IT function in the Ahmedabad office, ensuring scalability and compliance with organizational standards. Handle diverse IT initiatives such as system upgrades, process automation, and cross functional technology support. Partner with teams across geographies, providing on site support in Africa when required. Ensure adherence to IT governance, cybersecurity, and data protection frameworks. Candidate Profile 8-12 years in IT infrastructure and ERP development, with exposure to multi location operations. Strong ERP development background (SAP/Oracle/Infor or equivalent), network administration, cloud solutions, and IT security. Proven ability to set up IT offices, manage teams, and drive cross border projects. Willingness to travel internationally, particularly to Africa, for project implementation and support.
