Roles and Responsibility Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in observability, incident triaging, and production monitoring. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, and PagerDuty, along with strong automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) skills. This role requires excellent troubleshooting capabilities, ownership mindset, and the ability to operate in a 24/7 production support environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of production systems Perform incident triaging, root cause analysis (RCA), and post-incident reviews Manage alerts and on-call activities using PagerDuty Build and enhance observability dashboards using Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus Define SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs and improve system reliability metrics Automate operational tasks to reduce manual intervention Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or similar Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to improve system resiliency Proactively identify system bottlenecks and performance issues Participate in rotational shifts and on-call support Disclaimer : This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
