Job Description :- We are looking for a skilled VoIP Engineer to join our team and manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of VoIP systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality communication infrastructure. Current Openings :- 4 Job Location :- Mira Road, Mumbai, India Qualification :- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Relevant certifications in VoIP technology (e.g., Cisco CCNA Voice, Avaya, etc.) are preferred Key Skills :- Strong understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, H.323) Experience with VoIP system configuration and troubleshooting Proficiency in networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, and firewalls Familiarity with VoIP hardware, including IP phones, PBX systems, and gateways Knowledge of network security practices and VoIP security measures Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Key Responsibilities :- Design, implement, and manage VoIP systems and networks Configure and maintain VoIP devices, including IP phones and gateways Monitor VoIP performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality Collaborate with the IT team to integrate VoIP solutions with existing systems Provide technical support and training to end-users on VoIP applications Conduct regular system maintenance and updates to ensure security and reliability Document system configurations, network diagrams, and operational procedures Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in VoIP technology Kindly Note : Selected candidates will be contacted for an interview.
