Web Designer / UI Designer

As a Web/UI Designer at our company, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites and interfaces that meet our clients' objectives and brand identities. With 2-3 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and design skills in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Create visually engaging and intuitive website layouts and user interfaces. - Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives. - Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate design concepts. - Select and integrate color schemes, typography, and imagery to create cohesive designs. - Ensure designs are responsive and compatible with various devices and screen sizes. - Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies. - Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing. - Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless design implementation. - Maintain design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. - Present design concepts and solutions to clients or stakeholders. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (preferred). Key Skills: - Proven experience as a Web/UI Designer or a solid portfolio showcasing design skills. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and Figma. - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus but not mandatory. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Attention to detail and the ability to work within project deadlines. - Creativity and a passion for design.
