SPFx Developer

Deep Knowledge of Modern SharePoint Sites, Groups and Tenant level configurations Deep Knowledge of all the out of the box features, services of SharePoint at Site Level and Tenant Level Deep knowledge of Dot Net Development stack and to be able to use it withing the SharePoint Platform Deep Knowledge of UI frameworks like React, Angular to create custom SharePoint modules and applications Develop prototypes for proof of concepts Assist in troubleshooting and/or modifying existing developed solutions Good analysis, troubleshooting, debugging and problem-solving skills Strong understanding of modern development methodologies and tools including Agile and DevOps methodologies Facilitate adoption of standards, processes, and process improvements across application development activities, including unit testing, version control, and code review Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solution considering requirements, available SharePoint technology, governance, and best practice guidelines Competencies: Development experience using Microsoft SharePoint (Online, On-premises), O365 and Microsoft NET technologies Development experience using C#, ASP NET, HTML5, CSS, jQuery/JavaScript, NodeJS Ability to develop and deploy CSOM/JSOM, Rest-based, React JS and SPFx applications Working experience with Azure Resource Groups, Web Apps, Function Apps, App Services, SQL, Virtual Machines and Azure Active Directory Strong experience in writing and executing PowerShell scripts Experience with Office 365 development utilizing PowerApps, Flows, and Power BI, Teams and SharePoint Online Proven experience in the architecture, design and development of large complex applications and services using Microsoft SharePoint (Online, On-premises), O365 and Microsoft NET technologies Accountabilities Good with modern collaboration tools in an agile environment (eg, GitHub, JIRA) Good ITIL skills, ie, in Incident, Change and Problem management Strong people skills as well as good verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated experience delivering excellent service and support directly to end users Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize, plan and multitask work assignments Task ownership and ability to work within deadlines/timelines and budgets Mentor team members in design and programming methods to improve proficiency within the environment and use of existing tools Deliver presentations, briefings, and technical documentation Maintain responsibility for meeting with business and technical staff, end users, and senior management to define requirements
