Senior Architect

Role Overview: ACPL Design Limited, an award-winning design firm based in New Delhi and Gurugram, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an Architect. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in establishing goals and objectives for each project while ensuring the highest product quality and meeting client expectations. Your responsibilities will include managing team members, monitoring project development, conducting design reviews, and participating in client management to ensure effective communication and coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in establishing quantitative and qualitative goals and objectives for each project - Manage team members to maintain positive interaction and ensure high product quality within approved budgets and schedules - Review project documents to assure adherence to quality standards - Monitor and manage the development of plans, sketches, elevations, and architectural details - Participate in client management to facilitate communication between project team and stakeholders - Ensure design reviews occur at designated project stages - Develop procedures for gathering project requirements through client interactions - Conduct quality assurance reviews to monitor design progress - Conduct senior level liaison activities including marketing and client meetings - Lead design presentations to clients - Act as a public relations figure to promote the company's image and culture Qualification Required: - Must have a flair in architectural design and be design-oriented - Degree in Architecture - Minimum 5-10 years of experience - Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Office - Good verbal and writing skills, leadership skills, keen eye for detail, ability to multi-task - Complete understanding of working drawings and site constructions - Basic understanding of building bye-laws - Experience working with multinational/developers clients preferred Additional Details (if any): The company, ACPL Design Limited, is known for its integrated design expertise in Architecture, Interior Design, and Project Management Consultancy.
