Experience: 4-10 Years Location: Delhi Ncr / Pune /Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a Duck Creek Claims Business Analyst with strong experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance and Duck Creek Claims. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver Duck Creek Claims solutions. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct requirement workshops with business stakeholders. Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and process flows. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Duck Creek Claims. Analyze and configure claims workflows, business rules, and claim processes. Support Claims lifecycle including: FNOL (First Notice of Loss) Coverage Verification Claims Intake Reserve Management Payments Recovery Subrogation Settlement Claim Closure Coordinate with development, QA, and business teams during implementation. Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and defect management. Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements. Work in Agile/Scrum methodology and participate in sprint ceremonies. Required Skills 4-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst. 3+ years of experience in Duck Creek Claims . Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance. Experience in Duck Creek Claims implementation projects. Hands-on experience with: Requirement Gathering BRD/FRD User Stories Functional Specifications Process Mapping Gap Analysis UAT Understanding of Duck Creek Claims configuration and business rules. Experience working with development teams and clients. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Duck Creek Policy or Billing. Knowledge of Duck Creek OnDemand (Cloud). Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence. Duck Creek certification is an added advantage.
