Applied AI Engineer - Internship (WFH)

About the internship: We are looking for an Applied AI Engineer Intern who enjoys turning ideas into working software. In this role, you will work at the intersection of AI, backend engineering, APIs, and product development, helping build and integrate intelligent capabilities into real-world applications. This opportunity is suited for candidates who are comfortable with Python and enjoy solving practical engineering problems. You don't need to be an AI researcher; we are looking for someone who can learn quickly, build prototypes, integrate services, and contribute to production-oriented projects. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Develop backend components and application logic using Python. 2. Build and integrate APIs that connect AI services with software applications. 3. Work on integrating internal and external systems to create end-to-end workflows. 4. Assist in developing AI-enabled product features and automation workflows. 5. Use AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and productivity. 6. Debug, test, and troubleshoot application and integration issues. 7. Work with Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development. 8. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convert requirements into functional solutions. 9. Contribute to automation initiatives that reduce repetitive manual processes. 10. Research and experiment with emerging AI development tools and frameworks. 11. Document technical implementations and contribute to improving development processes.
