Draftsman cum Site Supervisor

As an experienced candidate for the position, your primary role will be to prepare architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD in both 2D and 3D designs. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to clients on specifications such as size, width, and placement of wall panels. Your responsibilities will also include managing the company's Technical Support, product, and system development functions. It is crucial to build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their requirements thoroughly. Moreover, you will conduct architect meetings, product presentations, and client/end-user meetings to promote products effectively. Supporting the Sales and Specification teams in product approvals and specifications is also a key aspect of your role. Supervising local contractors for on-site product demonstrations and installations, as well as coordinating with engineers, contractors, and workers to maintain work progress, are essential tasks. Ensuring adherence to quality standards will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Qualifications & Skills: - Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, B.Tech, Architecture, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in drafting and site supervision. - Proficiency in 2D & 3D AutoCAD, or similar drafting software. - Knowledge of Revit. - Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and site management. - Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
