Team Lead - Structural

Black & Grey HR is hiring for a well-established Contracting Company based in the Middle East. Our client is hiring a Structural Team Lead who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of structural engineers and drafters for the successful delivery of high-rise mixed-use projects and also responsible for technical quality, team coordination, design review, and timely project execution Responsibilities: -Lead, mentor, and manage structural engineering teams. -Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and shop drawings. -Coordinate with architectural, MEP, BIM, and construction teams. -Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, and QA/QC standards. -Support construction activities by resolving technical and site-related issues. -Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation Requirements Requirements: -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. -7 - 10 years of experience in contracting/Construction companies including min 3 years as a team leader -Strong experience in high-rise mixed-use projects. -Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, Revit, and BIM coordination. -Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills Benefits - Attractive Salary and Benefits
