Role: Senior SDE - .Net Full Stack Location: Pune (Hybrid) Fulltime: Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with 10+ years of overall experience in software development and team leadership. This role requires a strong technical background combined with mature people leadership capabilities, agile delivery ownership, and hands-on involvement in architecture and production systems. You will lead engineering teams building scalable, cloud-native applications using Microsoft and Azure technologies while driving technical excellence, delivery predictability, and team growth. Required Experience & Skills 10+ years of overall experience in software development. Strong hands-on expertise in: ASP.NET Core / .NET Core React & TypeScript Azure Functions Microservices Experience with distributed systems and message-driven architectures. Strong understanding of REST APIs and structured data formats (XML, JSON). Deep knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and delivery governance. Experience managing enterprise-scale production deployments. Proven track record of delivering complex projects within defined KPIs and timelines.
